Pipe & Bake Biscotti
The Pipe and Bake system easily eliminates many of the traditional steps required
to make biscotti. After the ingredients are mixed and then inserted into a pastry bag, the dough
is piped (squeezed) into our special pan. The pan is designed to distribute heat rapidly and evenly
during the baking process for perfectly formed and baked biscotti every time. After baking,
they slide easily out of the pan and are ready to be decorated and shared.
Purchase of the One Step Biscotti Baker includes full instructions, a resusable pastry bag,
and a recipe leaflet that contains basic recipes and simple directions to top and glaze your biscotti.
