Maple Walnut Biscotti

Glazed or unglazed, these taste like a breakfast "danish."

1 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoons of baking powder
teaspoon of salt

Combine dry ingredients and set aside.

cup butter (softened)
cup sugar
2 large eggs
teaspoon maple flavoring
cup of finely chopped walnuts
2 Tablespoons of milk

In a mixer bowl, beat butter and sugar till light. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Add flavoring. Stir. Remove bowl from mixer. With a spoon, stir in half of the flour mixture. Stir in milk. Add remaining flour mixture and nuts. Combine well.
