Biscotti RecipesWhite Chocolate Macadamia Biscotti1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour 1 ½ teaspoons of baking powder ¼ teaspoon of salt Combine dry ingredients and set aside. ¼ cup butter (softened) ½ cup sugar 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 Tablespoons of milk ¼ cup chopped white chocolate ¼ cup finely chopped macadamia nuts In mixer, beat butter and sugar till light. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Add vanilla. Stir. Remove bowl from mixer. With a spoon, stir in half of the flour mixture. Stir in milk.
